Accidental Damage Cover T&Cs

Terms and Conditions for our accidental damage cover holders.

1.1 WATCHU Accidental Cover is a one off payment of £29.99 which covers 1 WATCHU Device.

1.2 Cover insures your device for 12 months. To renew your cover please call 0800 652 7780 or you can purchase online here.

1.3 Cover guarantees the purchaser a maximum of 2 repairs/replacements within the 12 month policy period, this does not effect your statutory rights.

1.4 Claims must be submitted via email to claims@watchu.com

1.5 This insurance does not cover loss.

1.6 On return of your WATCHU a repair/replacement will be made and your WATCHU will be returned to you within 3 - 5 working days.

1.7 Policy holders must complete policy registration within 28 days of policy commencement for active cover. Policy registration requires the policy holder to provide the CID serial number for their WATCHU, the CID serial number of the WATCHU can be found on page 6 of the User Guide and also within the WATCHU App. Registration can be completed at www.watchu.com/policy-registration
